Go to a department store and try a few on...and try a shirt with it at the same time to give you an idea of what it will look like underneath clothes...
Take someone with you to help you figure out the right size... They have ones with wires which you will most likely not need. Also, they have the sports ones and the ones without wires... Try one of a kind to see what will fit you the best.

They say start with a training bra but I never really knew what was meant by this. Something that does not hinder your breathing would probably be best.

just wear one that fits and feels comfy. Sports bras are great for that stage
