seems to me that 90% of our communication is nonverbal by just looking inot each other's eye one can already convey a message to one another

I think the generally accepted figure is 70%. I am ashamed that I am not 100% certain of this number as I used to teach it.

i'd say about 85-95% is non-verbal.
physical fight = anger
frown = anger/confusion
laughing = laughter/sarcasm
how we walk into a room to how we sit with our heads up high or somewhat low tell a story without using words.
