Man... this question could be answered in so many ways...
Lotta guys go for brains, lots go for humour, shared interests, or the all-time favourite, looks.
It's really a combination of things. My advice, cliche as it is, is to find someone who likes you, and don't change yourself to make someone like you. That's just debasing yourself.
Yeah, I'm a guy. Who's never had a girlfriend.

Intelligence that almost intimidates theirs and when a girl is interested in what the boys do. Independance in a lady is very attractive too;girls own opinions and actions instead of other peoples.

Clear skin.
Everything else depends on the guy; big ****, small ****, short, tall, etc.
But there are very few men who like acne-faced girls. In fact I've never heard of even one.
