NO

Weren't there a girl who used one not long ago, and it conducted the lightning directly to her during a thunder storm? Her gold creole ear rings badly burnt her ears with the force of the strike, and her metal brace blew her teeth out. She was only saved by the elasto plast covering the verrucca on the sole of her left foot, which insulated the lightning from the earth.

Seriously. NO.

Just kidding. No I think nothing happens except that your mobile could lose the network and stop working.
