they are for you and your unborn child. they are full of all the necessary nutrients your body and child needs to be healthy. if not pregnant at this time but trying they are good to take since they have the necessary amount of folic acid which helps prevent birth defects. they are usually sold with all other vitamins in the vitamin aisle of your closest grocery store, walmart or even gnc. you can also get a prescription for them from your obgyn if you don not want to buy the otc form.

Usually it is called Prenatal vitamines. They are for women who are pregnant.

you can get them at GNC or fitness world..3 flintstone vitamins will do the same
