Implantation bleeding is only a few drops of blood very light and very pinkish, not heavy at all and it shouldn't last 2 days a few spots of blood should be normal. A brownish discharge sometimes happens around the time you were suppossed to have your period and you missed it, then you have that discharge, but it shouldn't be too much. Now, all this is, if you are indeed pregnant, implantation bleeding if any, happens around 6-8 days after ovulation, so if it happened around your period time, then it is not implantation. If you are not pregnant a brownish discharge is a sign of bacteria, so I would have that checked with a doctor.

Implantation bleeding should not last more than a couple of days and it should be light...not like a period. If you have had a + pregnancy test and you are spotting you need to see your doctor because only 3-5% of women get true implantation bleeding.
