Absolutely!! It's where the term "dry-humping" comes from, but it sounds like your man didn't stay dry. When my boyfriend and I first started going out (He was 18, I was 17.) he would orgasm during really heavy making-out. Don't let him feel bad about it because it just shows how well you were doing. So just be careful, and it's worth waiting to have sex on your wedding night. It will prevent you from getting STD's and also from becoming pregnant before you want to. he may not have had an orgasm, but he may have released some semen. you CAN do one without the other.
or it is entirley possible that he did have an orgasm. when your at an insanly hightened state of arousal it really doesnt take much contact, a little rubbing or grinding will do
