A is the closest but not quite how I do it.

I hold my bunny but the skin behind the neck with one hand and with the other, hold both his feet. Then I can put him in the cage head first without him kicking out his legs causing injury to them or without launching himself headfirst into the wire of the cage.

B put one hand under the hind legs and one hand holding the skin behind the neck with head under your arm and when you put it in the cage he will not have the fear that he is falling and goes gently into the cage rear first.

B is definately the closest. A, C and D can result in the rabbit getting hurt if it gets spooked or rebelious during the process of putting it in the cage.
