First of all it doesn't matter where he/she lives if its "way" down there it must be Australia but if it is just down there hell who knows. Someone was stealing my Brylcream so I emptied the tube,, used a compressor to re-flate the tube and ever so patiently filled it up with Nair { wipe nair on wipe hair off!! lol } leaving about 3/4 inch of the real stuff at the top of my "new tube" of hair cream.to look and smell right.A few days and there was the "not my finger pinch on my tube" and a lot was squeezed off!! heheheh I still laugh and wonder did a swath of hair as big as his comb come off at once or just pieces fall out!! My stuff was safe from then on!! To shave or not to shave?? If it might be for health reasons you must have a hella of shower priority list!!lol Just a PERSONAL choice!! Have fun,,I saw one trimmed into a heart
I just read something about 13yrs old, honey you just ain't ready for even those thoughts. Get away from the failures you are hangin with and start to wonder about pie-r-square and your future,, and dumb stuff like that! Good Luck

Its nice, but just a trim is nice too. As long as its not a freakin forest spreadin to all points of the compass, if ya know what I mean...: )
