How about eggs and bacon? Or an omelette with any variety of fillings. Those are high in protein! With a side of fruit to get your vitamins, and how about waffles or pancakes with just the syrup, or topped with frsh fruit! Drink some coffee, tea, juice, or water to wash it all down! Problem solved!

Toast with a little peanut butter, or margarine; coffee with non-dairy creamer, or tea; fresh fruit; a glass of juice of your choice.
Or you can have scrambled eggs, which are a good source of protein.
Remember that you don't have to have "breakfast" food, you can have anything that you can eat, even if it is not traditionally eaten for breakfast. I have a friend who has to eat breakfast and a lot of other small meals because she is diabetic, and she usually has a sandwich, like tuna or some kind of deli meat, for breakfast.

Have a poached egg, toast (with syrup) Sounds weird, but tastes GREAT!
And a nice tall glass of Orange juice.
OR
Have a T-Bone steak & eggs (sunnyside-up) and a glass of Vanilla flavored soy-milk, maybe add a nice hot biscuit w/honey.
OR
Make yourself a fruit salad... with fresh melons, grapes, bananas, mandarins, and a glass of your favorite juice!
OR
A Breakfast burrito w/Eggs, Sausage or Bacon, and some salsa.

cereal with soy milk
eggs
fruits
breads, oatmeal, toast
how can you be allergic to all jams? There is no way. There must be a jam that you can eat. Try a pure fruit preserve without pectin. Then you could have toast.
