go to edit my info and if you go down a little it will give you the option of using 360 avatar or something else. click on the avatar stuff and start making. click on your pic or smile and it will take you to your info page that tells you about your points and stuff go down click on edit my info and go down to where it gives you a decision of using your avatar or whatever and click on that then click on create my avatar and get started.

well, if u can ask questions then u obviosly have a yahoo thingy, so wut u need to do, is sign in(to answer questions, yah no?!) and then click on the name in the little triangle where when u answr a question it says congrats u got 2 points! and then click on 'add details' and it will let u switch them.
