Only natural components - based lubricant is allowed for lubrication of the condome. Most of the artificial lubricants do some kind of a damage to the condome - dissolves it, or makes it porous, or interreacts with latex, causing uncomfortable sensations.
The best and always suggested lubricant is glycerine. It does not affect latex, and has very good lubricating characteristics.
Vaseline is widely used for lubricating tight openings (like anus), but can damage the condome, by making it porous. It is ussualy used for condomeless intercourse, which is not the issue here.
As first aid, edible olive oil can be used, but not frequently, and not for lubrication of the same condome for more than once, because it reacts with the condome lubricant and causes rash when excessively used.
OK?

The sex worker is probably well versed in the correct use of lubricants suited to use with condoms. Water based lubricants are only to be used. Petroleum based lubricants cannot be used with condoms because they destroy the condom which it turn then does not provide the protection that they are designed to give.

water based lubricants dont hurt condoms, but dont ever use petroleum jelly or an oil based product as it will eat the condom up and el leako, and many prostitutes manage about 20 guys a night and usually 6 or 7 days a week,

to help the latex withstand the friction of intercourse without tearing. and vasaline or petrolium jelly for those off branders ... is NOT good. vasaline is fuel based and will eat away at the latex making it easier to break or tear.
