I don't mean a huge hard lump like breast cancer....

can you feel milk glands in your breasts??

Mine are like that - fibrocystic tissue. Some just grow that way. Then they will get sore sometimes and totally freak you out. I would go to your OB/GYN or doctor and let them know and they will probably have an ultrasound done, just to check for anything weird. After that, you just have to do the self exams every month like everyone else and make sure the lumps haven't changed.

Yes, you can feel your glands. You should check your breasts every month. Go see a doctor if you are worried. Mine used to hurt like knife pains and I went to a doctor. They were growing! I was just ultra sensitive to the shooting of the milk ducts. Weird, right. That was 20 years ago and I have beautiful breasts, nicest part of my body and my legs. Now if I could just shape up my thick waist...Well, we all have our weaknesses.
