Call your doctor ASAP, this could be serious.

its your uterus expanding sweetie, I used to die of pain when I would first get up and one day I got so freaked that even though my doctor said all was well I went for a sonogram, I was having weird thoughts like it was ectopic or something, it was that uncomfortable. so I am sure thats what u are experiencing, but it doesnt hurt to get your doctor have a quick look at you. all the best

During pregnancy, many things will change in your body.I used to vomit every morning till I was in the 8th month.
I suggest you to eat light food.I mean avoid bell pepper, egg plant or things that will put extra pressure on your stomach.
Everything will be alright.Do not worry but visit your gynecologist every month.

during pregnancy the uterus is putting pressure on all organs including stomach.
so eat smaller and frequent meals to avoid this bloating.

i doubt it is serious, don't let people scare you. i would call the doc just to be safe, but i think it is normal. your abdomen has to make room for a growing baby. your organs will be re-arranged and your uterus will expand. discomfort is common in that process. congrats

you'll have little aches and pains as your body grows and changes for this wonderful experience...muscles stretching, belly growing, center of gravity changing..it will last the whole way through..... if you are worried... call you nurse health-line ( if your area has one)
congrats
