im serious...i have a wedding in 4-5 weeks and i want to tone my body specially for the event...and anorexia...is a option i would not even consider

They get that way from biking, To lose in your belly the best way is the south beach diet. You'll lose from your stomach first thing. Sugar and carbs make people gain in the stomach, that is why people with diabetes or a high risk of it have big bellys. Trust me this diet works. Lost 50 lbs between jan and April.

The only way I know is to run or jog every morning when you wake up and to do sit-ups or crunchs every night before you go to bed. Also, drink a lot of water and eat healthy. If you figure out a faster way let me know!
