There is no reaction, Copper is quite a bit below Sodium on the activity series, it will not displace the Sodium from solution, nor will it react with the Chloride ions.

In order for Copper to displace a metal ion from solution in a single displacement reaction, it must be higher on the activity series than the other metal.
Copper is fairly stable as far as metals go, there arent too many metals which it will displace.

there is no reaction Cu is less reactive then Na.
