I somehow think that this very durable item would make sense for the few years I need it. Kids still at age where they're rough on furniture. Could I somehow transfor this into a more asthetically pleasing piece of furniture? I'm thinking I would like 2 for my living room, where kids spend majority of time. I am semi-skilled on sewing machine, have like 2 free days to be able to dedicate to a project, before August 15. Any quality/realistic/feasible ideas among you?

The url is not complete, so I get a message stating that page does not exist on Target site. If you post the url completely, perhaps I could answer the question.

Sew or purchase a cover for the furniture made out of microfiber. Very durable and easy to clean.

what are you making ? a couch cover.... go for something strong like denim but it can be tricky for frist timers ..... goto your local fabric store and ask about any fabrics that are strong like denim but easier to sew.
