The middle back seat in my SUV has a seat belt problem.. it is locked/stuck. The seat folded down and wont come back up. ... do i have to take it to the shop? anyone?

The seatbelt is not fastened - it is stuck in the shoulder feeder - it will not come down to buckle/fasten. The pulley or whatever is in side is not 'clicking' to release the belt and let me pull it out.

still stuck.thats good. get your kids toys out of the inside the release botton .or just have it replaced .

WD 40 - unstick it - might be humidity.

ur gunna have to grab it with pliers and try to get it up
