You really can't. Your only option is to work out regularly and get bigger. Doing that though the most you can grow is about two inches.

But really height is genetic and you can't do anything about. No pill or supplement is going to do anything.

I hate hearing you can't beat genetics. I'm a girl who's 5'2", which for a girl isn't that terrible, but I really want to be taller too. But lots of men grow until they're 21, so take calcium supplements and drink lots of milk and eat stuff with calcium. Also, doing stretches should help.
I also read that sleeping with your legs straight will help the bones grow longer, as opposed to sleeping with your legs curled up.
It probably doesnt' do much but it's a small thing to try that's worth a shot.

One more thing, someone told me about this vitamin/supplement that actually increases your height that you can get in some asian countries like the Philippines, but is banned in the U.S.

You can't change your height, but at 17, you may have some growth time left. Most females are fully grown by 17 but males have been shown to continue to grow sometimes up until 21. If it bothers you really bad, find some thick soled shoes in the meantime. The average American male is 5'9" (caucasian and african-american) but if you are asian or latin, your average height is smaller

Don't feel bad about your height ! So what if you are not as tall as some, you are taller than others, and what you don't have in physical height, you make up in other ways. One of my daughters married a very very handsome young man. They are both intelligent and motivated young people....she's 5'11, he's 5'7". Be yourself, love being you, and if tall gals don't attract you, those little short gals are always on the lookout for someone who understands what you feel. They are often overlooked because they are considered by many as too child like, and they beg to differ! You have more going for you than you know!! Smile...God loves you!!

I heard that a person continues to grow, although more slowly, until they are in their 20's. Stand tall, don't have a shorter man's complex please. Start working out a little to get definition and no one will care at all about how many inches you are. Some of the sexiest men in the world are not the tallest. And tall men usually do not live longer.

actually males continue to grow until 21 when the ends of your bones harden and set for your permanent height. Don't fret you still have a few more years! My brother didn't shoot up till the middle of his Junior year in High school and he continued to get a bit taller after that, so maybe your growth spurt is just late :)

Dude, don't worry. That's not that bad. Nobody cares if your short unless your really, really short. But if u really want to grow that bad, try looking up on google foods and vegetables that can boost your growth. And no matter what anybody tells you, basketball will not help. Stretching will help a little.

Nothing you can do. Worse thing you can do is try and act like a TALL man or an insecure man.
Just deal with it. You may get taller or you may not, but it could be worse. Please don't wear high shoes, that is so gross and no one is fooled.
