ok, this toy had a large triangle seat that you sat on that had wheels underneath it and was only a few inches from the ground. you bent your legs and placed your feet on the handlebars that were attached to the seat, and guided yourself on by using the same handlebars. ok, this sounds confusing, but does anyone remember the name of it?? really popular in the 80s and they had a TON of commercials! everyone was scooting around their driveways on them...

ok, it's NOT a big wheel (but thanks for trying)...the wheels are literally under the seat and you put your feet on the handlebars, which also have wheels on them i think...the entire thing is only a few inches tall and very close to the ground :)

You're thinking of those Big Wheels tricycles, they were plastic and came in different colors!

I had a "Powerpuff" one and rode it normally till I started standing on the seat and getting it going like a scooter...our driveway is on a slight hill, and I would coast down the driveway on it.

A few years later a got a "Knight Rider" one because I had a crush on David Hasselhoff and begged for one...

...P.S. on the Hasselhoff thing - I was only 8 years old, so back off!

Big Wheel. Actually from the 70's to 80's. Mine had a back brake that if I was going fast enough, made a skid mark!
