It snows every day around the world........but i may not make it to the surface as snow thou. I sure it may have but you never know because weather is so unpredictable. Tell me about it I know because I am a ;meteorologist....lol

No. The link provided by the third answerer says nothing about snow in July. Currently, it is impossible for it to snow in July in every state except for Alaska (and that is very rare).

I don't know about Wisconsin but it did in Montana a couple of years ago.......over the 4th of July.
