It can't happen. The last scenario br549 spoke of where the baserunner passes 2 other baserunners could not happen either because once the baserunner that passes the guy standing on second, passes the guy standing on second, he is out and cannot pass the baserunner on third causing him to be out. The baserunner doing the passing is out, not the guy being passed.

It is not possible!
The pitcher MUST touch the ball before it is called "live" by the umpire.
The first answer where the guy had the ball hitting all the runners won't fly. When the first runner was hit, (assuming he was off the base) the ball became dead, play ceases.
The Red Sox fan and GPCi are off base also. The runners establish ther own "basepaths" the only way they would be out there is if running out of the basepath TO AVOID A TAG ATTEMPT. That is from the rulebook!
The missed base scenario won't fly either. The runners missing a base would have to be appealed by a fielder stepping on the base with a live ball, (in MLB). (Dead ball appeals can be made in HS ball without having possession though)
Steveraven is on the right track, but this play still requires thev pitcher to touch the ball. Batter is called out on third strike, runner from first passes runner on second, he is out #2, then runner from second would have to pass runner at third for out #3. This may actually occur .....in "T" Ball!

It's "possible" but the only way is for runners to go out of the baseline which is never called anyways (unless the runner's trying to avoid a tag which would involve a defensive player touching the ball.
You could have a double play where the batted ball hits the runner making it a dead ball, then the batter is called out for using an illegal bat (corked, etc...)

An occasion of an Unassisted Triple Play catch the Ball (1st Out) Tag A Base to get the runner (2d Out) Throw the Ball to the different bases to get yet another runner (third Out). yet making an unassisted triple play devoid of touching the ball ought to basically take place if your the batter or a baserunner or an infielder/outfielder no longer in contact interior the play.

Very possible. No outs. Bases juiced. The batter hits a ball down the third base-line. It hits the runner on third. The ball flys through the air and hits the runner on second. It flys through the air again and hits the runner on first. Bam triple play.

bases loaded, pitcher throws the ball. batter swings, one out. Man at first sprints towards second, only to discover that the guy at second has not moved, passing him on the base, getting him called out. The guy continues on to third, where the confused guy on is trying to figure out whats going on, with the pitcher laughing his butt off on the mound, is passed as well, making the third out.
If this happened in real life, i think everyone on the team would be sent down a level in the minors.
The other option, is the great Potato pick off play, but that involves someone touching the ball, so skip that.

Yeah, I am going to have to sell this one. It is just not going to happen in the major leagues. And Ryan P obviously didn't read the previous answer because he said the runner on second that got passed then passed the runner on third. However even in that sitch the catcher is most likely still holding the ball that wqas pitched.
