Of coarse the perfume manufacturers say yes but personally I have never seen any actual case studies so I guess I would answer with my own experience and say no.:(

As long as it smells good on you. If you want to attract, wear heals, short shirts, wear lipstick in red, and smell pretty... then you can play with their heads...

I have not noticed any difference but in theory it is supposed to work.
