No. Terrorists do just what their name implies, they try to instill fear and terror. The American Indians were merely attempting to defend their home land.
The situation varies depending on what is going on. The same could be said for how American won their independence from the British. The British may have called us terrorists, but we were merely defending our homeland.

No, the Europeans came to America and cheated and killed Native American Indians until they were pushed onto reservations. We are the terrorist occupiers of America.
