mmorpg games... do you prefer pay to play game or free?? Is content worth it to pay monthly fee?

I say some content is worth the montly fee like WoW everquest2 quild wars no fee though. I would prefer to play free mmorpg games though instead of paying a monthly fee. Though if my parents would let i would pay a monthly fee. The onlything is that if you stop playing the game but still pay the monthly fee.

IMO Everquest 2 is great game... excellent graphics and great content. Lots of good quest and opportunities to group. They also allow you to try it for free. That is monthly fee to play.
Guild Wars is also a great game... no monthly fee. very good graphics and not as demanding as EQ2. Love the private instance of zone for your group to explore and do quests... no fighting against other players as in EQ2. Good story line. A plus here is that they have ladders match for pvp that if your guild is lucky enuff to be a leader... they pay out CASH and trip annually!!

I play EverQuest, EverQuest II, and FFXI at the moment, and I've played World of Warcraft - all amazing games and totally worth the cost. It's cheap when you consider the traditional form of entertainment - just don't go to the theater or eat at a restaurant once a month and you've paid for your subscription.

I've only played World of Warcraft, and I think it's worth it. There is a very low incidence of hackers; a ton of ppl, worldwide; many styles of play; and it's fun the second (third, fourth..) around as a different class.

1.X-box live for x-box 360
2.World of warcraft

Nothing else is worth it If you have Halo 2 you won't stop playing x-box live trust me

WoW is totaly worth it, but if you want free get silkroad online. google search it though. Whatever you do don't play fu cking RUNESCAPE!!!!
