depends on how old you are.. Emergency Contraceptives are usually available at your local pharmacy without a prescription depending on what state you live in. It is called Plan-B contraceptive or more popularly known as "the morning after pill' It has that name for a reason. You have only a very short time that you can take the pill in order for it to be effective. Also be aware that if you live in California, or other states with the same law as california, that the pharmacist is not "obligated" to give you this pill.. But if you go to Walgreens, they will at least call around to other pharmacies to find a pharmacist on duty that will dispense the pill depending on your age and situation. It is not advisable that you use this regularly, abstenance is the best way to prevent pregancy and std's.

First thing tomorrow, go to your doctor and get the morning after pill. If either of you have not had a recent STD test, have that done and do it again in about six months. If he does anything that would put him at higher risk for HIV, you should be able to get a pill to prevent that too. If you haven't known him for very long, it's better to assume he has something and take the necessary steps rather than be sorry later.
While you are at the doctor tomorrow, get on the pill. That will at least prevent pregnancy when this happens in the future. But, still use condoms because they are the only way to prevent STDs other than not having sex.
Don't use two condoms (as someone else advised) that will just increase friction and the chances of breakage occurring.

Go to a health clinic and get the morning after pill. And for future reference:
You should be taking birth control pills and using a condom. You should have made sure he does not have STD's before having sex with him.
Before engaging in adult relationships, act like an adult and be responsible. Be ready to handle any consequences your actions may result in.

If he ejaculated within of you then you definately can't get the semen out. You might check out douching, however there is not any warranty that it'll take away all the sperm. If you're ovulating you might get pregnant. If you do not wish to get pregnant, take the plan b or "morning after" tablet.

take a shower, and see if you can get your hands on a Plan-B pill. If you used a spermacide, or are on birth control you should be okay, but if you didn't and are not, then you could try using the foam stuff and killing the little buggers before they get to far.
