heres some help
do...
30 situps (feet under something)
30 side situps (each side.... lay on your side with your knees close to your chest and then raise up sideways)
30 crunches (lay flat on the floor and raise up at the waist as high as you can)
50 of these (lay on your back on the ground and raise your legs 6 inches off the ground then do a scissor movement with your legs)
30 atomics (start flat on the floor and raise your legs off the ground.... thats one...)
30 backward situps (lay on your back in a situps form but without anything holding your feet... now keep your legs in the position the whole time and pull your legs to your stomach)
do that twice a day with atleast an hour in between
and to work on that extra fat run a mile a day....
i know its hard but u can do it
think of the benifits
and to help get rid of any fat eat 6 small meals a day to raise your metabolism so you can burn fat
but make sure its healthy and doesnt have to many calories and a super small amount of carbs

Swimming, situps, and running are three basic ways. There is a real good ab bench called.... "The Abench" lol, realize though...you are not going to fell the pain of ANY workout the same day...when you wake up you will lol, my rule for doing ab workouts is "Your not getting a workout until you feels cramps"...which is pretty much true, you can not stretch your abs so its not like the legs where you can stretch regularly to reduce cramps. I recommened about 30 about every 30 minutes ..that is if your schedule is pretty clean..im fifteen so when i go to nice hotels with acceptional work out material i just feed off that cause i really dont have anything to do and have all the time in the world lol. So ist is good to go to the gym when you are on a free schedule, if your gonna be there for a short time all you pretty much have time to do is stretch and all that crap lol, crank up a CD player or your iPod and really get a feel for all the equipment and do your thing, hope this helped compared to that freakin phys ed. teachers list lol.

If you are under 25yrs old, just workout alot and don't eat too much, join a sport.
If you are 25 and above, you must have a strict diet, and follow it to a T. You must do cardio and lift weights. It is very difficult, unless you have a freakish metabolism.

Ok best thing is cruches you can look up ab exercises online. I find that partnered ab workouts work best leg throw downs really help.
