The last book I read... Hmm... I think it was probably "The Reader" by Bernhard Schlink. It's a wonderful story for the mature reader. I've read it three times in the last year. It's a different side of the Holocaust story with a inappropriate love story to start it off. The book is one from Oprah's Book Club and is fantastic! I would suggest it if you're looking for something!

Mathematics: The New Golden Age
by Keith Devlin
Yes I enjoy every page of it. I specially liked chapter 9: Knots Topology, and the Universe. Followed close by chapter 1: Prime Numbers (some of the info is dated), Factoring, and Secret Codes

The Heir by Johanna Lyndsey. It was a pretty good historical romance book. I also read Desperation by Stephen King. It was pretty good=classic King. I am currently reading The Cell by Stephen King and Blackwood Farms by Anne Rice.

"State of Fear" by Michael Crichton. Excellent book! Like "The DaVinci Code" it is a fast-paced, captivating story. Unlike "DaVinci" though, all the "facts" cited in "State of Fear" are documented, and not simply conjecture. Crichton exposes the reasons behind the "global warming" consipiracy and clearly points out the reasons for it and other "fear-mongering" movements. Highly recommended, everyone who lives in fear of "nature" should read it!

Haunted, by Chuck Palahniuk. I enjoyed it greatly, though it was quite disturbing in some parts.
