Maybe you are experiencing Irritable Bowl Syndrome along with Gastric Reflux. Bad stuff, if your symptoms are reoccurring. Or Gastritis.

I've taken those drugs for years without any noticeable side effects. You might not have to take them forever. I recently stopped taking them and now only get heartburn occasionally. Try not to worry about it.

Food poisoning, been there done that! 5 IVs later and an overnight hospital stay. I was much better.
