I know it's popular to hate on Peyton Manning, but he is easily the best quarterback in the NFL today. People make the common mistake of assigning wins and losses to the quarterback, and that's just stupid. The QB isn't allowed to be on the field for half the game. If you're looking purely at who excels at that position, Manning has every meaningful statistic going for him.

Super Bowls are NOT a meaningful way to rate quarterbacks; they ARE a meaningful way to rate teams.

consistency is the key and although Tom Brady gets little respect, he is the best all around quarterback. Everyone will mention Peyton Manning, but he has a solid offense and great wide recievers. Carson Palmer is also a top QB as long as he can get back to 100% this season. I just wish my team could get a QB that can trhow the ball(Detroit Lions....Yeah I know :)

Well, I am not buying the whole Peyton Manning Bull! Tom Brady is still the best quarterback in the game today. His numbers, his poise, his production are all proof of this. Yeah, I know Peyton is a close second, or is he? He can't seem to get his squad over the hump. Brady, time and time again, has done it. You can't take anything away from the guy, he's terrific. C'mon now, say it with me, Tom"Terrific", Tom Terrific, Terrific Tom Brady!

Tom Brady, hands down. Not only does he have 3 superbowl rings with basically no running game for two of those, but he has pretty good statistics, too. last year he led the NFL in passing yards. The answer is Tom Brady, and he's only getting better.

Tom Brady. His stats aren't as prolific as Peyton Mannings, but he just wins, 3 super bowls in fact. Peyton though is a great QB that may not ever to get his to team to the big one. Carson Palmer looks as he's ready to make that move up there though.

Peyton Manning

Peyton Manning is a good choice but he hasn't been able to win the big games yet. I'd put him second right behind Tom Brady. Roethelsberger (already has a ring unlike Manning) and Carson Palmer are on their way up.

Tom Brady

It has to be Brady (It's about the rings more than the stats)
#2 - Donovan McNabb (I know he had an off-year, with injuries, etc. last year, but he's the biggest winner during his tenure other than Brady.
#3 - Manning
#4 Roethlisberger or Palmer - Both are still fairly young, but very impressive

I was watchhing a game 2 years ago about one set of downs. there was a rookie QB Playing he was ok.. But then I saw somethingI had not seen in years. He was playing with his heart . I said I wish marc Bulger had a heart like that. The very next Season he was the Suber Bowl MVP
BIG BEN
