i had sex July 13 and im pretty sure im 1 or 2 days late...how long do i have to wait to take a preg. test?

Get EPT... you can do it now.

The accuracy goes up as time goes on.. but those tests are pretty accurate for where you are now.

I'd say get a 2 pack now if you're nervous at all and take one now and save the next for a few days from now.

This is sometimes a hard question. It really depends on the type of test and all. If it shows negative though, that still doesn't mean that you aren't pregnant, it could be to early. I waited for awhile before I took a test, until I was absolutely sure I was pregnant. My test was clear as it could ever be, with 2 dark pink lines. I think that the longer you wait the better. But I know the anticipation can be tough to deal with, so you can try earlier and all. There are plenty of tests that come 2 in a pack, so you can wait a bit longer after the first to take the second. Good luck!

if you are only one or two days late you may not be pregnant. i know you are nervous but to get the best results you should wait a few more days and see if you get your period then if not take a test. and even if u get a negative you should take another one in about 3 days. good luck!

my suggestion is to take the Early Pregnanct Test- it tells ya 5 days before ur missed period. I know i took one when i thought i was pregnant. But dont stress or think too much about it because that's wat happened to me. I stressed out about the chances of being pregnant, that i went for a month and a half without my period, but then i got it and i was relieved lol. So yeah.....either take that test (regular tests make u wait about 4-5 days after ur missed period) or go to a doctor......the test is cheaper though lol. Gd luck
