What is the general weather like?
I'm mainly curious about fall/winter (I've visited during the late spring early summer time).
I've tried searches on google, etc. , but I'd like a personal account if possible..Thanks =)

sept-oct are our warmer months, the winter can usually be rainy especially after january. The temperatures are pretty much like fall most of the time, although with this heat wave recently it may make things a bit wonky this winter.

Pretty cold, rainy and foggy.
SF is generally up to 10 degrees cooler then the surrounding cities.

it can be quite cold esp. since the ocean is near. and it's VERY foggy during winter.but fall....you shouldn't have to many problems. There will be sun

really cold, all the time except summer, always foggy and windy because it's by the water

its sweater weather. Not really a jacket but sweatshirt will do fine.

rain, rain, rain...and if you're lucky, it will be a bit foggy and windy.
