There are multiple ways to flatten your stomach, but the best and most rewarding is by eating healthier (intaking protien and cutting simple sugars and sodium) as well as duing aerobic workouts (running, jogging, bicycling, treadmill, steppers) and weight trainging to tone (crunches, pushups).

A flat stomach comes with hard work, but it does look so nice

Crunches, sit ups, jogging especially uphill.... Try to commit 3-4 days a week doing either crunches & jogging or sit ups and jogging.. you need to start with as many as you can then increase your sit ups gradually.... if you can do about 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening and increase gradually for about 3 days a week, you will notice the difference....

Also, don't forget to maintain a good diet and try skipping junk food and sodas...

cruch and drink warm green tea with lemon it help you to reduce the belly fat. If you drink water during the day make sure to add some lemon to your water, so you don't have water fluid

to get a flatter stomach you could workout daily and eat a well low carb diet! and crunchs help!!

dont eat so much fattening foods,and drink at least 8 cups of water..not like gatorade or soda cause thats al sugar..just water..it'll work..trust me
