In the equities market, try to identify largely undervalued stock and then sell it when it goes up by 100%. Invest in bonds when the fed rates are expected to go up in the future. commodites are increasing, and may be an opportunity to make money.

First,let think which sector will always need and supply will going less and less ,demand more and more,than buy that sector ETF or mutual fund to use dollar cost average to investment for long term,I like OIL , Water sector also raw land.All money invest it in Roth IRA account.that include raw land.
