Mine look the same way. I flat busted a bunch of grasshoppers gnawing away at it. They eat the entire ends of the leaves and leave the plant a blunted mess. Its hot now and the grasshoppers are needing liquids and are getting it from our plants. Try sevin dust if you use pesticides, if you dont, catch a few grasshoppers, chop them up and steep them in water a few days. Strain and spray the plant. This bug juice works for other pests as well. Theory goes, you probably are spreading pathogens deadly to the bugs by spraying the decomposing same kind on them.

not quite sure what it is, maybe a raccoon... just a wild guess. sprinkle a little cayenne pepper dust on em, thatll keep most insect and animals away. make sure to re-apply after rain, or if it looks like it all ran off.

It's slugs ! They tried to get mine this year, too. I got them with slug bait sprinkled in my hen & chick bed.

Not sure how tall your plants are, but my guess is rabbits or deer. You may need fencing if it is causing a loss to you.
