I am looking for excellent RN refresher courses, preferably in the western US.?

Been out of hospital/nursing for 15+ years. Want a top notch program offering class and clinical experience, before I restart an RN job. I have an active RN licence for my state, worked in the ICU for 5+ years before marriage/ family interrupted my work.

There are Kaplan refresher books with DVD's. That would be helpful. Most community colleges that offer nursing, also offer refresher classes.
