my husband's ex is trying to say that our marriage is not valid because they still slept together after their divorce, and that that nullified their divorce. no divorce = no valid marriage. is that possible or is she just being delusional again? (we live in georgia)

Your marriage is valid unless you got married with six months of his divorce. If the divorce was granted by a judge and you were married more than six months after the divorce, it's all good and legal. You may want to have a restraining order placed on the crazy ex.

GA, like other states, isa no fault state, therefore cheating cannot be bought in as a cause for divorce, only irrecocilable differences or fraudulant marriage. while the time before the judgement is final ( called dissolution of marriage or divorce to laymen ), you can sleep with you current wife and half th women in the world if you want to.. you just can't MARRY anyone until the judgement is FINAL. so they was nothing wrong in what they did.

That's one of the craziest things I've ever heard. I'm no lawyer, but it seems to me once you are divorced, that's it. Sleeping with someone doesn't mean you are married again. I have a friend who was divorced, then decided to get back together with her ex-husband. They had to go through another wedding ceremony.

I believe she is being delusional. Because if you sleep with someone, that doesn't mean you are married to that person. And if he was to 'marry' her again, they'd have to go through another wedding cerimoney.
