He would re-enter the matrix totally unaware of his ordeal and have a crappy existence because the reality pill would make him have totally realistic dreams. imagine the machines sucking all the electrical juice from you while you dream you are in a post apocalypse world existing on slop and hiding from strange entities that want to violate and then kill you. Just the thought makes my blood run cold; talk about the worst of both worlds.

well the one was supposed to just knock him out, the other was the tracer program that he swallowed. So I think he would have gone unconscious while they were rescuing him from the Matrix.
