what do the initials b u m p mean ? my wife goes on some soap chat and they all seem to use these initials and cant figger what they are.

Looking at the other answers i am not so sure i am answering the question right, but, i have only heard "bump" when talking about a baby bump, which is a pregnant womans stomach.... hope this helps...
