The above answers are correct. "Ani ohevet otach," pronounced "ah-NEE oh-HEV-et oh-TACH" (with the "ch" being a throaty "ccchhh," not like "ch" in English, but more like the German "ch" sound), means "I love you."

One key here is that this is how to say "I love you" from a female to a female. The Hebrew language is very gender-specific. Females and males express things a certain (different) way, and things said to females and males are also expressed a certain (different) way. Here are the ways to say I love you in Hebrew:

Male to female: Ani ohev otach.
Female to male: Ani ohevet ot-cha.
Male to male: Ani ohev ot'cha.
Female to female: Ani ohevet otach.
Male to group: Ani ohev etchem.
Female to group: Ani ohevet etchem.
Group to male: Anachnu ohavim ot'cha.
Group to female: Anachnu ohavim otach.
Group to group: Anachnu ohavim etchem.

Those are just a few examples for you. Keep in mind, it is possible that whoever wrote that to you doesn't really speak English and they didn't have the gender right in the expression!!

mmm I only know some Biblical Hebrew but this looks like "I love you"

-ach means you, feminine

et- or ot- is used as "accusative mark", showing that the word following (-ach) is the object of the sentence. Compare it with the Spanish use of "a" in "yo amo a ti".
