i'm not sure if all of these are of the new millenium, but here are some good punk bands you might want to check out:

Sorry, babe, but punk is dead. If you want a good punk band, you want to look a little further back in time. Check out The Descendents, The Dead Kennedys, The Bouncing Souls or Pennywise (older stuff).
By the way, Good Charlotte is not punk.

Some of these arnt from this millennium but are still the best sex pistols led zepp. pink Floyd red hot chillie peppers GREENDAY The who the misfits umm meatloaf fall out boy panic at the disco him afi (a fire inside) icp (insane clown posse) the blondies the clash and loads more um if you intressed in greenday then here is a list oh and good charroltte teenies if you know what the means

WOW those people saying that all american rejects, good charlotte, green day, relient k and all the other bands are true "punk" are delusional...... there is not really any real punk bands in this millennium.... try looking back a decade or so...

There are NO punk bands of the new millennium - Punk was 1976 -79 anything after is NOT punk.

sorry, all this new stuff considered "punk" isn't even close. Go back to Black Flag, Dead Kennedys, Clash, Sex Pistols if you want true punk. While I do like some of the new stuff, it surely isn't punk.

Green Day, they have been out for many generations, but i would still credit them for this generation, they are punk rock but some of their songs are punk.
i heard Green Day on the radio but my sister got me into them really.
