I thought an octopi was an eight legged dessert. I like mine with whipped cream and French vanilla ice cream. The crust makes all the difference.

Octopi is the plural form of octopus, and while there are over 200 octupi in existence, it doesn't apply to sea spiders....i believe they are considered marine anthropods.

I think your right. They do look very similar, but just made for different habitats. Gods creations are amazing and who knows what we'll find next on the bottom of the ocean.

I think they may very well be the GRANDADDY of all spiders. Anything with that many legs...arms...actually...the octpus is probably a "misconf--kulation" when He was creating the earth's inhabitants. =D
