Is there a website where I can get maths problems eg.on Permutations and Combinations, solved?

Also,how do I get the scanned maths questions onto this or any other website? Thank you.

if you have a scientific calculator (pretty much any calculator $10 or above) there are built-in functions for permutations and combinations in the stats area of the calculator. Check the calculator's manual to see where the buttons are.
