Maybe, but your face will look more like a skull than a woman's. You pretty much have to grow up. You don't need to lose alot of weight. To be attractive to people all you have to do is stay a little bit fit. Someone will find you hot. Really. I am dead serious, if you can run or whatever you'll stay reasonably fit. If you need to lose weight do so by eating lots of fruits and vegetables and not drinking calories. Then you can pretty much eat other stuff you're hungry for too, like pasta, steak, or cheesecake or whatever, as long as you keep your fruit and veggie intake up. This almost always works.
But this does not guarantee good relationships. You must first focus on your personality. If you are not comfortable with yourself, you'll be needy and require too much care. So, you need to find yourself acceptable. And there is no reason you're not right now! Consider yourself as a woman, what type of personality and hobbies will you have? This is a much better goal than dying (or just destroying your liver and whatnot) from starving yourself.
Finally, bigger fit girls are way way hotter than anorexic girls. Anorexic is nasty. Sickly girls do not draw romantic eyes.

Being anorexic will change the way your face looks, but it'll also really screw you over in the long run.
People always tell you how bad anorexia is, because it hurts your body, your organs, your complexion, your chances of having children, and can kill you.
But if all that doesn't scare you, here's a very simple fact: being anorexic can eventually make you gain even more weight. At some point, girls and women that suffer from anorexia will recover. Those who have struggled with it for long enough have completely wrecked their metabolism. And a slow metabolism is what causes us to gain weight in the first place.
So, if worrying about killing your organs or yourself doesn't seem like enough to keep you from anorexia, just remember that developing healthy eating habits and a good work-out routine is much more beneficial than not eating.

People who have anorexia are not attractive. There is nothing attractive about an eating disorder.
Shrunken bones, mineral loss, low body temperature, irregular heartbeat, permanent failure of normal growth, development of osteoporosis and many other problems I can't think of right now are all medical risks associated with anorexia. It is not a healthy way to lose weight, it is a problem!
Also if you decide to become anorexic to drop a few pounds whats to say you'll be able to stop yourself once you've started?
Here is a web site for more info on anerexia:

Go to this site is has pictures of people with anorexia and they are not attractive:

OH, so no!
Anorexia is a disease, not a diet option.
It is a symptom of body dismorphic disorder
When you starve yourself to be thin, you are telling your body you are in a famine, and will in fact loose muscle mass before fat.
Baby fat goes away in time. I lost mine when I was 22 and was a model for a while both before and after.
The hollywood/porn star image of high cheek bones, thin/sucked in cheeks, puffy lips and oversized breasts is unattainable without surgery.
You are beautiful as you are.
If you are truly concerned about fat, look at your diet and focus on low fat alternatives, cut out sugary foods like regular soda and work out.
There is no short way to health or that Hollywood/Callista Flockhart/Laura Flynn Boyle look.
Millions of girls end up in hospital each year trying to reach an unattainable look. Many die.
Don't be a sheep or a statistic.
Be yourself

if you become an anorexic is only proving that you are more self-consious then anyone should ever be, if you are that worried about it you should talk to your doctor and ask how you can lose it or go on a diet but don't become and anorexic... and it will make your face looked sucked in

Anorexia is not a good thing...It is a very large problem in young teens these days, and I would not reccomend starving yourself to loose weight...Depending on your age...you should choose the right diet to help give you the look you desire...and getting some exercise would help too. By no means should you go with out eating to get "thin" besides...celebs who are going with this skinny trend, like Hilary Duff, look discusting and un-healthy, and no guy I know wants a girl who looks like that...

Have you really looked at people who are anorexic? They don't look thin - they look like death. Their skin hangs on what is left of their bodies. They look like they are losing their skin in huge layers. Their eyes are sunken in and you see large lumps where their elbows and knees are. Is that what you want? Forget the vanity girl. Try some facial exercises. They will do a lot more for your looks than starvation. A good balanced diet is much better for your complexion, too.

Yes, you will lose lots of weight. On the down side you will damage every internal organ, increase your risk of having a heartattck, possibly lose the ablitity to have children, and to top it all off, grow a coat of fine downy hair all over your body. Sexy....
If you are worried about your weight talk to your doctor about setting up a healthy weightloss and exercise plan.
