If you've been in a pageant what kind of dress is best?

I have a more fitted turqoise dress with sparkle things but I also have just a plainer black dress, and im not sure which one is best.

I think the turquoise will look good on you as your avatar shows u are fair....it is also good because black is a common colour...people wear it in all evening parties and pageants..so go for turquoise...
