Weight is the biggest factor to be considered.

Heavy (MAX weight) the speed is around 150-155 knots.
Light (MIN weight) and dang near empty the speed is 120-130 knots.

Just don't go below the stall speed of 86 knots.

Strongly dependant on the wind speed and altitude of the airfield. No simple answer. Assume that you are talking about speed across the ground, not airspeed (they are obviously different).

90-120 mph depending on wind direction
