Mining: get lvl 85 mining and mine rune ores and sell.
Woodcutting: get lvl 75 woodcutting and cut magic trees to sell.
Fishing: get 76 fishing and fish for sharks.
Player-killing: get stuff from players that you kill.
Merchanting: buy stuff for cheap, sell it for a bit more and make a profit. Buy discontinued stuff like santa hats and keep it.
Fletching: level high alchemy the bows that you make, esp. magic bows.
Farming: train farming and plant high level herbs and sell.
Treasure trails: do and sell the things that you get esp. level three trails.
Training: get drops from high level monsters like metal dragons or coloured dragons (dragon bones and dragon hides)
Crafting: craft hides and level high alchemy or sell them.

you can go to 1 year of community college and be a Licensed Practical Nurse, pretty good pay, or go to 2 years of Jr. College and be a Registered Nurse and make really good pay. Traveling nurses make the most I think.

I do play this game too. It is very interesting to play. Maybe could go around and pick up some stuff, go fishing, and pickpockey people then sell it off to other people.

train your woodcutting skills. It's best to chop willows for training. After becoming members, chop magic log for each log sells 1k ea. Or you could chop yews for 250 ea.

mining, crafting, mining is the fastest though, and you end up being able to make yourself better armor and weapons in the process

I will say the best way is to sell. Do treasure trails that will give you great stuff and sell it.

sell coal at a price at 100-200gp each sell big bones 200gp each or 250gp each its all up to u n u can sell lobbies if u can fish lobbies i can earn 40k a day selling big bones =)
