Well...I just found out that a friend of mine died a little while ago...he commited suicide...his daughter died at birth..then a few months later he finds out that his wife is pregnant with his fathers baby...and it was all to much to handle...his little baby girl had her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck 4 times...and he wrapped a rope around his 4 times and hung himself...way to sad....and I want to find his obituary....do they still make an obituary for ppl who die from suicide? His name was Shane Porter...I have tried everything to find it...please help.... :(((((

It should be posted in the local newspaper. Just check around the date he was supposed to have died. They usually have a feature to go back to the date you type in! Provided the newspaper has an on line edition.

Try googling his name. Maybe the newspaper where he lived or where his parents live. I guess it would be realistic to think there might not be an obiturary. But they don't usual put the cause of death in it. So I would guess there was one. But then again, it doesn't sound like he had familty left. Does the family call the newspaper with the information?

they still do a obt. for them as well but sometimes the family requests to not have printed, try the library they have the newspaper clippins there just request the dates you need and the newspaper , they will have there if you want the clp. then can request to be printed for a small fee, good luck,

How long ago if its been a LONG time ago like several months then you could go to your library and look at newspaper articles

Try to google the name or go to the local paper for the person in question online and they should have it...

Did someone write one for him? I think it depends on if a family member or friend made one, doesn't it?
