I got my A+ a while back... study, study, study.... everything you can. Go to Borders and get books on the A+ certification test. Then get all the A+ on-line testing sites (free - and there are several of them - go to COMPTIA site) in your favorites and take those tests over and over again until you Ace everything. It took me several months of study but it was well worth it as I got in the 90s in both sections. Of course, if your working as a tech - you should be able to take the tests on sites to see what you need to study. Don't settle for less than 100 on these if you want to do well. I studied from several difference souces - on-line and books. Lots of info at comptia

You need to use all your senses, for example: sight, touch, and vocals. What I did my four year in college was study early and read my study notes out loud, hand write them and after type them on the computer.
What you are doing when you are using several senses you are tranfering the material from your short term memory to your long term memory...it sticks!!!!
