Don't say, "he's pitching a no hitter" after five or six innings as not to jinx the pitcher.
Never count your teams game as won until the last out of the ninth as not to jinx the team.
Don't blab too much about a hot hitter or pitcher as not to send him into a slump.
Those are my biggest ones. Oh, don't talk about Ken Griffey Jr. not being *******. As a matter of fact, I expect him to hit the DL now just because of those asterisks. Damn! Stupid me.

The only ritual I have is to never make dinner on Yankees game nights
( when they're televised ) .
My hubby knows to get take-out when I tell him " There's a game on tonight " .
Also :
I feel it would make them lose if I don't watch the whole game, so I only get up during commercials !
